The proteinase-proteinases inhibitor system in old rats with stimulated hypertension under cord blood action // The Ukrainian biochemical journal - 2002. - ¹ 2. - P. 95-99. (The proteinases non-trypsin-like proteinases (NTLP), a-1-proteinase inhibitor, a-2-macroglobulin (a-2-MG) activities were studied in serum, tissues of hypothalamus, cerebral cortex, lung, heart, liver, kidneys in old rats with hypertension caused by electrical current at introductin of cord and mature blood preparations. The increase of proteinase and NTLP activities were revealed on the background of a-2-MG level reduction. The changes caused by stimulated hypertension, can be corrected by the cord blood administration and the effect of cord blood is more manifested.)

Fractal geometry of functional architecture of ultrastructutal elements of central thermoregulation synaptic apparatus under hypothermia and hibernation // Problems of Cryobiology. - 2003. - N3. - P.6-20. (State of hypothermia during cooling and hibernation is accompanied by fractal dynamics of functional architecture of synaptic apparatus of thermoregulation center. During cooling there are observed the specific changes in ultrastructural elements of synapses, which are characteristic for a long-term potentiation, a parasympatic instrument, related to vegetative memory, is formed. Fractal dimension of ECG and EEG can serve as an integral index of an organism vegetative status.)

Temperature-dependant changes in erythrocytes's cytosol state during natural and artificial hypobiosis // Bioelectrochemistry. - 2004. - Vol. 62. - P. 187 - 190. (At present, the question of how the structural state of erythrocyte cytosol is arranged to maintain essential permeabilities successfully both at normal temperature and during periods with a significant body temperature reduction during hypobiosis remains unanswered. In the present work, we performed comparative investigation of temperature-dependent changes in the cytosol state of erythrocytes from animals subjected to natural (winter hibernating ground squirrels) or artificial hypobiosis. The cytosol state we evaluated by the ESR method of spin probes (TEMPON) within the temperature range of 0-500C. Erythrocytes resistance to acid hemolysis, which is limited by the permeability of membranes for protons and the state of the anion channel, were determined using the method described by Terskov and Getelson [Biofizika 2 (1957) 259]. A change in cytosol microviscosity of erythrocytes was found as well as a temperature-dependent increase in acid resistance of erythrocytes. Our investigation allows us to conclude that physiological changes occurring in a mammalian organism during natural and artificial hypobiosis are accompanied by structural modifications of the erythrocyte cytosol. The temperature range where these modifications are observed (8, 15, 400C) suggests that the most probable modifying link is spectrin and/or the sites of its interaction with membrane. The interaction of cytosceletal components with the cell membrane plays a key role in regulation of membrane permeability, suggesting an important role of this interaction in the adaptive reactions of erythrocytes.)

Structural and functional effect mechanisms of extreme cooling on hypothalamus thermoregulatory centres // Problems of Cryobiology. - 2004. - N2. - P. 62-70. (The authors studied the central structural and functional effect mechanisms of periodic shot-term organism cooling in cryochamber (-1200C). There has been demonstrated a periodic increase of BBB permeability stipulated by a long-term activation of the neurons' synaptic apparatus of pre-optic hypothalamus area. There were presented the suppositions on the relation of cryotherapy therapeutic effect with the increase of functional activity in neurotransmitter-cyclic mononucleosides-retrograde messengers (NO, CO) system which effect was unified at the level of cytolemma and receptor-cytoskeleton complex.)

  6. Lomako V.V., Samokhina L.M. The proteinase-inhibitor proteinases system in rats with stimulated hypertension // Experimental and clinical medicine.- 2004.- ¹ 4. - P. 28-31. (The proteinases, non-trypsin-like proteinases, chymase, tonin, -1-proteinase inhibitor ( -1-IP) and -2-macroglobulin ( -2-MG) activities in serum, tissues of cerebral cortex, hypothalamus, lung, heart, liver and kidneys. The activation of proteolytic processes in brain, absence of depletion reserves of -1-IP, opportunity to synthesize and release -2-MG are marked. The conclusion is made, that the development of pathological changes is connected with decrease of tonin level in brain, heart and chymase activation in heart).

(The proteinases, non-trypsin-like proteinases (NTLP), -1-proteinase inhibitor ( -1-IP) and -2-macroglobulin ( -2-MG) activities in serum, tissues of cerebral cortex, brain stem, hypothalamus, cerebellum, lung, heart, liver and kidneys in rats under the artificial hypometabolic state (AHMS) attained by Andjus-Bakhmetiev-Giaja methods have been studied. Multidirectional changes of indexes of proteinase-inhibitor proteinase activity were revealed: total activity of proteinases slightly increased, the -1-IP activity were stable to the influence, while the NTLP -2-MG activities demonstrated high sensitivity to the AHMS induced factors. Observing at AHMS the proteolysis activation mainly connected to increasing of non-trypsin-like enzymes and -2-MG level reducing in all examined tissues. In 24 hrs after AHMS the levels of the studied indexes in general turned to initial levels with exception in organs which may have maximal loading at AHMS development.)

(The response of NO generated system of hibernators (hamsters) and nonhibernators (rats) to the combination of factors (hypoxia, hypercapnia, low temperature and dark) that promote the development of natural hypometabolism has been studied. The combined action of increasing hypoxia and hypercapnia at background of cooling probably affects the same L-arginine-NO-pathways, but it does not lead to serious disturbance of NO metabolism at hibernators and nonhibernators. All discovered changes very likely adaptive and in general have been restored in the 2 h and graded in the 24 h after animals arousal from the artificial hypometabolic state. The only exception is the depressed level of NOx contest in hamster blood.)

Ethological analysis of combined application of cold and cells therapy in rats with reserpine administration caused depression // Problems of Cryobiology.- 2005.- V. 15, ¹ 3.- P. 471-472.(According to the "open field" behavior the positive dynamics in normalization of behavioral and physiological function in reserpinized rats after craniocerebral hypothermia (CCH) and biopreparations of embrional nervous tissue (BENT) applications has marked on the next day of the experiments. Effectiveness of combined effect of cold and tissue application was higher then their separate effects. We hypothesis that reduction of depression may be connected with sanogenesis mechanisms activation and increased BBB permeability after CCH application for biologically active substances of ENTB origin circulated in blood.)

(The temperature dependence of interbeat intervals of heart activity distribution in rats during and after artificial hibernation caused by Andjus-Bakhmet`ev-Giaja method has been studied. Two types of the interbeat intervals distribution has been described. The first one is characterized by monotonous of interbeat distance decrease as the Tb was rising. The second one is characterized by bimodal distribution of interbeat intervals appearance when the short interval is followed by the longer one. The mode and the velocity of Tb recovery did not differ significantly. The probability of survival was the same in rats with the both distribution types.)

Effect of rhythmic cold influence on chymase and tonine activities in rats with alcohol-dependent hypertension // Problems of Cryobiology.- 2005.-V.15, ¹ 3.-P. 514-515. (The peculiarities of changing chymase and tonine activities under rhythmic cold application (RCA) in both male and female rats with alcohol hypertension have been studied. Males' alcoholization is characterized by the depletion of chymase and tonine activity. As for the females' alcoholization the increasing of chymase activity has been found. That may indicate the sex difference in the pathways of alcohol-dependent hypertension formation. The RCA lead to normalization of chymase activity in both sexes, but the tonine activity remains declined that may be determined reducing of its synthesis in the liver cells and renal excretion.)

Hematosalivary barrier at stress induced vegetative disbalance and hypothermic sensitive stimulation // World of medicine and biology. - 2006. -N4. - P. 45-51. (Influence of stress and rhythmic hypothermia on the structurally-functional state of rats' parodontum and submandibular salivary gland is studied. It is shown, that animals with different balance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic regulation have the morphormetric features of hematosalivary barrier's (HSB) elements, for certain exposed at vegetative and thermosensitive stimulations on the fractal dimension (D) of three-dimensional architectonics of salivary gland and soft tissues of parodontum. Differences of this index from 1 testifies to some level of chaotic of structurally-functional organisation of HSB. In this sense animals with predominance of parasympathetic regulation (0-1,2-1,7) are most labile, and the least labile - with predominance of sympathetic regulation (D-1,1-1,3).)
