Abstract

There was investigated the effect of method of biological material cryopreservation (composition of cryoprotective medium, cooling rate, cryopreservation of tissue fragments or primary cell culture) on viability of newborn piglets adrenal cells as well as their behavior during further culturing. The cryopreservation method, enabling to achieve a high survival and viability of cells as well as to preserve their ability to adhesion and flattening during further culturing was developed.
