Four regimens, including two programs with and without 3.5% DMSO were used for hcbl cell lyophilisation. The programs differed in temperature value and duration wherein the primary drying proceeded. When using the first program, the cells were dried for 10 hrs (–28ºС), and 9 hrs (–18ºС) for the second one. The designed method for HCBL lyophilisation, suggested the use of the DMSO-free first program, ensured the cell preservation in a heterogeneous population of cord blood according to all the studied characteristics.

Probl Cryobiol Cryomed 2019; 29(4): 332-343
}, number={4}, journal={Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine}, author={Koval, Ganna K. and Lutsenko, Olena D. and Grisha, Igor G. and Sokil, Larisa V. and Bondarovych, Mykola O. and Ostankov, Maksim V. and Yampolskaya, Kateryna Ye. and Ostankova, Lyudmila V. and Goltsev, Anatoliy M.}, year={2019}, month={Dec.}, pages={332–343} }
