Abstract

There was studied the morphogenesis rate by both native and cryopreserved human embryos. Cleavage rate after cryopreservation was shown to accelerate, that manifested in an early blastocyst formation and increase of total blastomere amount. Cryopreservation factors were shown to influence the blastocyst capability of leaving zona pellucida, that requires the procedure of assisted hatching to be performed.
