Аннотация

Ð’ наÑтоÑщем литературном обзоре проведен анализ технологичеÑких методов и аппаратов, применÑемых при малоинвазивных криохирургичеÑких вмешательÑтв. ПредÑтавлены ÑпоÑобы охлаждениÑ, оÑновные Ñтруктурные ÑоÑтавлÑющие Ñовременных криохирургичеÑких уÑтановок и хладагенты, иÑпользуемые в Ñтих ÑиÑтемах. Ð’ Ñтатье раÑÑматриваютÑÑ Ð²Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‹, поÑвÑщенные требованиÑм к криогенному оборудованию при его разработке. ПредÑтавлены краткие техничеÑкие характериÑтики наиболее извеÑтных криохирургичеÑких уÑтановок и ÑÐ²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð± ÑффективноÑти терапии поÑле их применениÑ.
