Анотація

Ð’ обзорі виÑвітлено деÑкі напрÑмки терапії злоÑкіÑних новоутворень, зокрема, кріодеÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ñ–Ñ Ñолідних пухлин. ОбговорюєтьÑÑ Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð»Ð¸Ð²Ñ–ÑÑ‚ÑŒ викориÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ñƒ кріоаблації Ñк інÑтрумента ÑпрÑмованої дії та інактивації Ñтовбурових ракових клітин, Ñкі Ñ” головною Ñтруктурною одиницею ініціації, підтримки роÑту та метаÑÑ‚Ð°Ð·ÑƒÐ²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ Ð¿ÑƒÑ…Ð»Ð¸Ð½. Проведено аналіз даних літератури щодо фенотипових Ñ– функціональних оÑобливоÑтей пухлинно-індукуючих клітин, у тому чиÑлі Ñк більш потентних СРК, так Ñ– проÑунутих у диференціюванні їхніх нащадків, характеру впливу на них холодових факторів. РозглÑнуто оÑновні шлÑхи оптимізації заÑтоÑÑƒÐ²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ñƒ кріоаблації у клінічній практиці.
