Сучасний кріобанк як ключовий компонент клінічних програм трансплантації клітин та тканин

У статті проаналізовано важливу роль сучасних кріобанків у розвитку кріотехнологій до початку проведення програм клінічної трансплантації клітин та тканин, а також у рутинній підтримці цих програм у рамках законодавчої бази, визначеної директивами Європейського Союзу. В якості прикладу представлені дві клінічні програми: програма трансплантації аутологічних та алогенних гемопоетичних клітин-попередників та Чеська національна програма трансплантації кріоконсервованої алогенної судинної тканини, що підтримується кріобанком Університетської лікарні м. Градець-Кралове, який входить до складу Банків тканин Європейського Союзу та зареєстрований під кодами CZ000425, CZ000426 і CZ000427. Представлено огляд дозвільних документів, які необхідно отримати перед початком проведення клінічних програм, продемонстровано високу якість технологій кріоконсервування та високий рівень безпеки персоналу кріобанку, а також підкреслено вирішальну роль кріобанку в програмах клінічних трансплантацій стовбурових клітин та судинної тканини.
