Криоконсервирование и трансплантация овариальной ткани как метод восстановления эндокринной и репродуктивной функций

Анотація

В огляді подано аналіз сучасної літератури існуючих методів кріоконсервування і трансплантації оваріальної тканини для відновлення репродуктивної та ендокринної функції. Наведено успішні результати їх застосування як на різних експериментальних моделях тварин, так і в клінічній практиці. У статті зазначено основні технічні труднощі, які необхідно подолати для широкого впровадження в клінічну практику методів кріоконсервування і трансплантації оваріальної тканини.
