Особенности апоптоза, индуцированного снижением температуры

Аннотация

Ð’ работе обобщены и проанализированы ÑкÑпериментальные данные о вкладе апоптоза в Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ»ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ðº, вызванные отклонением температуры от физиологичеÑкой нормы (ниже 37°С). Доказано учаÑтие в апоптозе,
индуцированном умеренным охлаждением клеток, каÑпаз, под дейÑтвием которых проиÑходит раÑщепление антиапоптозных белков ÑемейÑтва Bcl-2 и протеолиз ингибитора ДÐК-азы, ответÑтвенной за фрагментацию ДÐК. СущеÑтвенную роль в
механизме холодовой адаптации играет РÐК-ÑвÑзывающий белок (Ñold-inducible RNA-binding protein, CIRP), ÑпоÑобный предотвращать развитие апоптоза, индуцированного окиÑлительным ÑтреÑÑом. Ð’ работе приведены данные, под-
тверждающие учаÑтие в процеÑÑах апоптоза и холодовой адаптации активных форм киÑлорода и антиок
