Стовбурові клітини пуповинної крові: клінічне застосування алогенного матеріалу, проблеми та перспективи банківського зберігання

Анотація

Реферат: Пуповинна кров (ПК) людини – важливе джерело гемопоетичних стовбурових клітин, що успішно застосовується для алогенної трансплантації під час лікування широкого спектра тяжких захворювань. У роботі проаналізовано ряд актуальних проблем, пов’язаних із функціонуванням суспільних низькотемпературних банків ПК. За результатами світової практики трансплантацій цього унікального біологічного матеріалу обговорюються принципи стандартизації й контролю якості, а також ефективного підбору кріоконсервованої одиниці за запитом трансплантаційного центру. Розглянуто окремі питання щодо розвитку клітинної терапії з застосуванням мезенхімальних стромальних/стовбурових клітин, які походять із тканин фетоплацентарного комплексу, а також методи їхнього низькотемпературного зберігання. Окрему увагу приділено проблемам біомедичної етики та перспективі створення суспільного банку ПК в України, його ролі у розвитку неродинної трансплантації гемопоетичних стовбурових клітин у нашій державі.
