SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS
The Department studies the process of cryopreservation of multicellular objects, in particular, multicellular spheroids. Another area of interests is the study of the transplantation of native and cryopreserved cells of endocrine glands in animals with experimental models of endocrine pathologies. We are also interested in obtaining tissue-specific stem / progenitor cells of endocrine glands for further use in the practice of culturing and transplantation; obtaining cells derived from the nerve crest in the form of spheroids under conditions of 3D-culturing. We cryopreserve these cells and also study the effect of cryopreserved cultures on the course of neuroendocrine disorders.
RESEARCH PROJECTS
